This is my absolute FAVORITE smoothie, well currently at least! I tend to go through phases and will eat or drink a certain thing for weeks, then change. But right NOW, this is my fav.
It’s detoxifying and the perfect way to start a morning. I like to sip on it until I work out, then after my work out will eat a protein rich meal.
- Approx. 1/2 cup of pineapple (frozen is great it makes for a super yummy consistency)
- Approx. 2 cups of Power greens (I get mine from Costco and keep them in the freezer)
- 1 Inch Ginger Root (organic tastes better, just saying…)
- Couple sprigs of parsley
- 1/2 cucumber
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Approx. 1 cup coconut water (add more to make it sweeter)
Blend!! AND ENJOY! It’s amazing. Period.
